2.1 Narthex Media offers a range of media services, including but not limited to branding, offset printing, graphic designing, marketing, photography, videography, content creation, and web development.
2.2 All services provided are subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
3.1 The pricing for Narthex Media's services is outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or contract.
3.2 Payments must be made according to the agreed-upon terms. Failure to adhere to payment schedules may result in the suspension of services.
4.1 Narthex Media retains intellectual property rights for all created content until full payment is received.
4.2 Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered content upon full payment.
5.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship.
6.1 Either party may terminate services with written notice in accordance with the terms outlined in the agreement.
6.2 Termination does not relieve the client of the obligation to pay for services rendered up to the termination date.
7.1 Narthex Media shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services.
8.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Narthex Media.
